Rector of UKSW
Rev. Professor Ryszard Czekalski, PhD, DSc
He has been working at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw since 1999, first as an assistant professor, and since 2015 as a full professor. He was the head of the Department of Material Catechism. Currently, he is the head of the Department of Faith Communication and History of Catechesis at the UKSW Institute of Theological Sciences. In the years 2010-2016, at the UKSW Faculty of Theology, he was the vice-dean for scientific affairs. From 2016 to 2020 he was the vice-rector for science and international cooperation.
He graduated from the Higher Theological Seminary in Płock, completed specialist studies in practical theology and catechetics at Academy of Catholic Theology in Warsaw. He also studied at the Catholic Institute in Paris.

He is the author and co-author of over 250 publications, also in foreign languages, English, French, Russian, Belarusian and Ukrainian. He gave scientific conferences in Poland and abroad, in Paris, Minsk, Gródek, Kamień Podolski. Repeatedly invited by the Polish community centers around the world to meetings, conferences and catechetical workshops, to Paris, Fribourg, Lourdes, Lausanne, Geneva, Nottingham, New York.

Member and reviewer of numerous scientific editorial boards and member of the Association of Polish Catechists and the European Forum for Religions Education in Schools (EuFRES). Expert of the Ministry of Education and Science for teachers applying for professional promotion, expert for the assessment of nationwide programs and textbooks for teaching religion at the Commission of Catholic Education of the Polish Episcopate, and a consultant to the Scientific Council of the Polish Episcopate. Member of the Conference of Rectors of Academic Schools in Poland (KRASP) and its economic committee, as well as the Conference of Rectors of Polish Universities (KRUP). Co-founder of the Pro Polonia Foundation.

VICE-RECTOR FOR STUDENTS AND EDUCATION
Anna Fidelus, PhD, DSc, Associate Professor
She has been associated with UKSW since 2000, first as an assistant professor at the Institute of Family Studies, then at the Faculty of Pedagogical Sciences, where in 2012-2016 she held the office of vice-dean. Since 2016, she has been the vice-rector for student affairs and education
Specialist and expert in the field of social rehabilitation pedagogy. She developed her own concept of relational social readaptation, which was the basis for her habilitation defended in 2013 at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. Visiting professor at the Katholische Fachhochschule in Mainz and Alice Salomon Hochschule in Berlin, lecturer under the Erasmus program in Germany and Slovakia. Author of over 150 scientific studies.

She conducts extensive social and scientific activities. She is the vice-president of the “Patronat” Penitentiary Association, a member of the Committee of the Minister of Education “Na Rzecz Dobrej Szkoły”, a member of the Team of the Ministerial Project Preventing Social Maladjustment of Children and Youth, a substantive consultant of abstinent associations and others. Participates in the work of the Polish Association of Schools of Social Work, the National Association of Social Rehabilitation Workers, Deutsche Gesellschaft gegen Kindesmisshandlung und Vernachlässigung (DGgKV)e.V., the Team of Social Rehabilitation Pedagogy affiliated to the Committee of Pedagogical Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences. She participates in national and international research projects.

VICE-RECTOR for Financial Affairs
Professor Konrad Raczkowski, PhD, DSc
Professor of economic sciences, habilitated in Management of Public Institutions. Director of the UKSW Centre for the World Economy. He specializes in management in the economic system, public finance, informal economy, and enterprise restructuring. In 2012-2021, director of the Institute of Economics of the Social Academy of Sciences in Warsaw and head of the Department of Management in Economy. Member of the National Development Council under the President of the Republic of Poland in 2015-2020. He holds managerial, supervisory and advisory positions in companies listed on the Warsaw, New York or London stock exchanges.
Former Deputy Minister of Finance in 2015-2016. He cooperated with the European Anti-Fraud Office in Brussels and the Institute for Security and Development Policy in Stockholm (Visiting Fellow). He is a member of the State Examination Commission for Tax Advisory (6th term), the Royal Economic Society, and the British Academy of Management. Since 2012, speaker of the Cambridge International Symposium on Economic Crime of the University of Cambridge.
Author of over 120 scientific publications. Awarded the gold medal of the Minister of Justice and the gold badge of the Minister of Finance. Laureate of the award of the President of the Polish Academy of Sciences “for outstanding scientific achievements in the field of finance.”

VICE-RECTOR FOR SCIENCE AND INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION
Rev. Professor Marek Stokłosa, PhD, Dsc, Associate Professor
He studied at the Faculty of Canon Law of the Lateran University in Rome, where in 2006 he defended his doctorate. Then he became an assistant professor at the Faculty of Canon Law of UKSW.
In 2016, at this Faculty, he obtained the degree of doctor habilitated in the field of legal sciences in the field of canon law and took over the management of the Department of Law of the Eastern Churches.

In the years 2016-2019, he was the vice-dean of the Faculty of Canon Law of UKSW, and in October 2019 he became the dean of the Faculty. He is a lecturer of canon law at the Higher Missionary Seminary of Priests of the Sacred Heart in Stadniki, secretary of the editorial office of the quarterly “Prawo Kanoniczne“.

Member of the Association of Polish Canonists and Consociatio Internationalis Studio Iuris Canonici Promovendo in Rome.
