In case of a procedure co-funded by the EU, the retention period may be longer, as defined pursuant to Article 140 of Regulation (EU) No. 1303\/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December, 2013 laying down common provisions on the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund, the Cohesion Fund, the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund and laying down general provisions on the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund, the Cohesion Fund and the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No. 1083\/2006;<br><br>10.&nbsp;The Data Controller appointed a Data Protection Officer at&nbsp;UKSW: Inspektor ochrony danych \/ Data Protection Officer, Uniwersytet Kardyna\u0142a Stefana Wyszy\u0144skiego w&nbsp;Warszawie \/ Cardinal Stefan Wyszy\u0144ski University in Warsaw, ul.&nbsp;Dewajtis 5, 01-815&nbsp;Warszawa; e-mail:&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:iod@uksw.edu.pl\">iod@uksw.edu.pl<\/a>, who is the contact person for all matters relating to the processing of your personal data by the Data Controller and exercising the rights related to such processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Privacy Policy for the iUKSW application<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>UKSW Cardinal Stefan Wyszy\u0144ski University in Warsaw as the personal data controller offers the \u201ciUKSW\u201d app free of charge to students, teachers and administrative personnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The application does not collect any user data; it only presents data stored in external sites such as USOS. When using the app, users disclose:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>statistical data to Google application partner for analysis of statistics, which are not personally identifiable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>UKSW only collects such statistical information which will help it improve the development of the application and to advance its standard to adapt to the users\u2019 needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>By installing the app, the user agrees to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and accepts the terms and conditions published on the UKSW website. All data is encrypted to prevent reading by unauthorized persons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The application will use:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the user\u2019s Internet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>calendar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>push messaging options<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The app may memorize the log-in data on the user\u2019s device.&nbsp;By installing the app, you are giving it permission to display certain personal data, such as the PESEL identification number, phone number, student number. The app will also access your photo, general study cycle information, list of grades, surveys, e-mail, and basic information from USOS. For user authentication, your ID and password will be verified at log-on. By installing the app on your mobile device, you agree to these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>UKSW shall not be responsible for the privacy policy followed by app distributors, particularly Google or Apple as partners of the application. If you do not agree to the above privacy policy of the Application, please do not install it on your device or remove it from your device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>UKSW Cardinal Stefan Wyszy\u0144ski University in Warsaw reserves the right to vary the Privacy Policy for the \u201ciUKSW\u201d App by amending these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the event of any breach of personal data, please use the IOD contact form on the home page, tab: University -&gt; Personal Data Protection.
