We accept oral reports, we do not require written notification of issues. Upon receiving a report, we ask the employee concerned about the details of the situation. After an interview and review, we try to determine the cause of the problem and we give instructions to the affected person on how to talk to those whose behaviors have an adverse effect on them. This is sufficient in most cases. Otherwise, we offer support by taking part in a discussion. We do not determine who is right or who is at fault; we help the persons involved to reach and agreement and to define new appropriate rules of communication and cooperation. If the situation is critical, we seek options together to avoid a deeper conflict or a pathological situation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">At UKSW, we do not accept mobbing and we will make
