{"id":56684,"date":"2025-06-23T13:32:33","date_gmt":"2025-06-23T12:32:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/uksw.edu.pl\/?p=56684"},"modified":"2025-06-23T13:32:36","modified_gmt":"2025-06-23T12:32:36","slug":"erasmus-awards-2025-a-day-full-of-emotions-and-gratitude","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/uksw.edu.pl\/en\/erasmus-awards-2025-a-day-full-of-emotions-and-gratitude\/","title":{"rendered":"Erasmus Awards 2025 \u2013 A Day Full of Emotions and Gratitude!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">On Monday, June 9, the Erasmus Awards Gala took place \u2013 a special event celebrating the experiences of international students at UKSW as part of the Erasmus+ programme.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The event brought together students, coordinators, and university staff to collectively celebrate achievements, memories, and the engagement of our international community in academic and cultural life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants had the opportunity to vote in special surveys and select winners in various categories:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The Best Academic Performance<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Aronne Piccardo, University of Genova<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The Best Cultural Ambassador<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Chiara Barana, Universita degli Studi di Verona<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The Best Erasmus Buddy<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Emir Kilinc, Yalova University<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The Most Engaged in Local Activities<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Aura Pop Babes, Babes-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Erasmus Spirit Award<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Francisco Lima, Universidade de Coimbra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Polish Language Master<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Gabriele Marmiroli, Universita degli Studi di Torino<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pierogi Lover of the Year<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Enes Caglar, Bayburt \u00dcniversitesi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Social Media Star<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Beyza Geongru, A\u011fri \u0130brahim \u00c7e\u00e7en University<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Community Builder Award<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Mustafa Fatih Ak, A\u011fri \u0130brahim \u00c7e\u00e7en University<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Awards were also presented to Erasmus+ departmental coordinators at UKSW who received the highest number of votes from international students:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The Most Helpful Departmental Coordinator<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Dr Marlena Kilian, Faculty of Education<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Outstanding Mobility Support<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Dr Bart\u0142omiej D\u017awiga\u0142a, Faculty of Historical Sciences<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Excellence in International Communication<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Dr Piotr Sieniawski, Faculty of Social and Economic Sciences<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We would like to thank all students and staff for their contributions to the international community at UKSW.
