Nearly 20,000 candidates – 5,000 more than last year – have expressed their interest in studying at Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University (UKSW) in the 2025/2026 academic year.
This year, the most popular fields of studies were Psychology, Medicine, Nursing, and International Relations and Law a tour university.

Among full-time study programs, Psychology at the Faculty of Christian Philosophy was the most competitive this year (22 applicants per spot), with a minimum entry score of 77.3 points. The Medicine program followed (almost 21 applicants per spot) with a score threshold of 75, and Nursing (11 applicants per spot) with a threshold of 50 – both offered by the Faculty of Medicine. Other popular programs included International Relations and Law (10 applicants per spot) at the Faculty of Law and Administration (score: 65.3), Economics at the Faculty of Social and Economic Sciences (almost 8 applicants per spot, score: 58.55), and three tied programs – Sociology (over 7 applicants per spot, score: 56.10) at the same faculty, Media and Cultural Communication (over 7 applicants per spot, score: 66.2) at the Faculty of Theology, and Public Management (over 7 applicants per spot, score: 61.1).

Among part-time study programs, the most popular were Psychology (7 applicants per spot), Medicine (over 6 applicants per spot), and Internal Security and Law (over 2 applicants per spot).
