The Staff Portal gives you quick and simple access to HR and payroll reports and information without having to visit the HR Department. The Portal will generate a report you order, which will be sent to your University inbox and to the Portal.
The Portal offers the following functionalities:
- filing a leave application: vacation leave, leave on demand, special occasion leave, additional leave, leave for persons with disabilities;
- reviewing your available vacation days for the present year and your record of absence;
- ordering the following reports: pay slip, annual RMUA file, PIT 11;
- checking certain details in the employee file: social security (ZUS) details, validity of medical examination, work experience.
