Our University has been awarded the prestigious HR Excellence in Research Award.

Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw has held the prestigious HR Excellence in Research Award since 2019. The Award, granted by the European Commission, recognises institutions that foster high standards in research and support researchers’ career development in line with the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers.

Holding the Award commits us to conducting research and managing research staff in an ethical, transparent and responsible manner.

Maintaining the HR Excellence in Research Award requires a continuous commitment to improvement and regular monitoring of progress. The actions undertaken and their level of implementation are periodically reviewed against the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the evolving challenges faced by the University.
