Non-public Kindergarten UKSW is the first academic kindergarten in Warsaw. The modern care and education facility was opened in 2016.
The educational and educational program is implemented under the slogan “Children will change the world for the better” and contains, among others elements of Maria Montessori’s pedagogy. It can be classified as a non-directive model of kindergarten work, because there is no traditional division between teaching and fun. The model supports the child’s development in an integrated way with fun, outdoor movement, artistic, research, discovery and experimental activity.
Professional teaching staff provides children with great conditions for learning and having fun. Students of the Faculty of Pedagogical Sciences of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University also conduct internships in the Kindergarten.
The facility accepts children aged 2.5 to 6 years.
In 2018, the UKSW Kindergarten received the 1st Prize in the competition for the Best School and Kindergarten Learning Spaces, organized by the Education Office of the Capital City of Warsaw of Warsaw.
The UKSW Kindergarten is located on the campus at ul. Wóycickiego 1/3.
