In solidarity with Ukraine The Senate is the central collective body of UKSW. Its tasks include, in particular, enacting regulations and cooperation with the rector in matters relating to the management of the University, its organization, development, as well as didactics and science. The Senate’s competence also includes adopting the University’s strategy and approving reports on its implementation, appointing and dismissing members of the University Council, issuing opinions on candidates for the rector and awarding the title of doctor honoris causa.
