HReporter UKSW – News

HReporter UKSW is part of the new internal communication system. It does not replace existing sources of information (Monitor, UKSW website or communications from individual units). Instead, it helps staff access the information that matters most.

HReporter will help staff stay informed about HR, development, organisational, and strategic matters, while remaining focused on their day-to-day needs. An important role of HReporter is to provide updates on UKSW’s continuous improvement process, which forms part of the University’s commitment under the HR Excellence in Research award.

HReporter has  its own space on the website and sends  e-mail update whenever new content is published, ensuring that information reaches all UKSW staff.

We want to develop HReporter together with UKSW staff, so that it responds to real information needs and helps staff better understand University processes.
