Cooperation with business

The University is opening up to new types of educational services by broadening the range of postgraduate courses which are run jointly with business institutions, such as the Specialist Training Centre of the Border Guard, the BZ WBK Santander Group and the BZ WBK Foundation as well as the European Centre for Entrepreneurship.

Thanks to the agreement concluded in 2013 with the Mazovia Energy Agency as part of the Mazovia Energy Cluster for Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Sources, UKSW students and academics have the opportunity to participate in the implementation of projects concerning the development of entrepreneurship and innovation.

„Developing relationships with the economic environment aims at the creation and commercialization of innovation, the creation of curricula which take into account the needs of employers and the promotion of creativity and entrepreneurship among students. A crucial issue is also raising funds for research from non-public sources.”
